Can multiple users access the same catalog?
Team features are on our roadmap. Today, each account has its own saved-product catalog. If you need shared access across team members now, contact us and we can help you find a workable setup.
Is bulk CSV import supported?
Yes. All plans include CSV import. Upload a spreadsheet with product descriptions and ImportPilot will classify each row and return HTS candidates and duty estimates. Row limits vary by plan.
What sources are monitored for changes?
ImportPilot monitors the USITC Harmonized Tariff Schedule, CBP CROSS rulings database, Informed Compliance Publications, and Section 301/232/201 tariff actions. When a relevant change is detected, you receive an email alert.
Does ImportPilot integrate with my ERP or inventory system?
Not yet. Today ImportPilot is a standalone web application with CSV import and export. API access and integrations with common ERP and inventory systems are planned. Contact us if you have a specific integration need.
What are the trial limits?
The free trial gives you access to Scout plan features: 10 saved products, 25 classifications per month, and CSV import up to 50 rows. No credit card required. Upgrade to Pilot or Captain when you need more capacity.
